Chris Wooster is the founder of Mission Focused Coaching, a veteran-owned leadership and business consulting firm built on discipline, precision, and purpose. After more than twenty years serving in U.S. Army Special Operations, Chris transitioned from combat missions to business missions—bringing the same clarity, accountability, and mission-first mindset that defined his military career into entrepreneurship and executive leadership.

Before launching Mission Focused Coaching, Chris served as a Senior Director for a company that led multi-site aviation and logistics operations, supporting both civilian and government sectors across Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. In that role, he managed complex budgets, multi-agency coordination, and large-scale workforce development while implementing data-driven systems that improved efficiency, compliance, and profitability. His philosophy—plan clearly, execute precisely, and measure relentlessly—continues to guide his work with leaders and organizations today.
